What is Expdoya?

How can I consolidate my packages into one forwarded shipment?
To consolidate my packages into one forwarded shipment
- log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.
- Go to the Received Packages section and select the packages that you want to consolidate by checking the box to the left of the package code.
- Click on “Add to a New Shipment” and then click “Next”.
- On the next screen, enter what is inside of your packages, where you plan to send your consolidated package, and select what carrier you will use.
- Select your shipping address.
- Select additional packaging options
- Finalize the consolidation request by clicking the “Next” button.
You cannot change or update the consolidation request until after your packages are consolidated. Once submitted, your request will show as “Consolidation Requested” under the “Shipments in Progress” tab on your dashboard. Once we finish consolidating your package, you will have a button that shows “Finalize”. You will be able to see your new consolidated package information and ship your package.

The consolidation process takes 2-3 business days to complete. The warehouse team works as fast as possible to consolidate your packages. However, please allow up to 3 business days for your consolidation to be finalized.

How long does it take for an Information Request or photos to be completed?
Information requests or photos are completed within 24 business hours after you make your request. The Expodya warehouse in Turkey works as fast as possible to meet your requests. Will Expodya accept PTT Registered Posts on my behalf?

What does it mean to include shipping boxes in the consolidation?

How long does it take between making payment to Expodya and my package being shipped?
Once you pay for shipping, your package will be sent within 24 business hours of payment being received. The exceptions to the rule are as follows:
Shipments that have been charged a hazmat fee can take longer to process than the normal 24 hours.
Security has the right to hold any payment that they question for any reason. In these cases, they will ask for more information from the shipper and payor. Most of these cases take more than 24 hours to resolve.
The package contains a problem item or items that cannot be shipped. If your package contains a problem item, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.
